We are seeking an individual to fill the role of Hospice AI Data Engineer. In this position, you will be responsible for data management and analysis to enhance the quality of care provided in hospice settings. We are looking for machine learning to predict and trend patient statuses, based on free-text narratives and assessment question/answers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI, data science, and a basic understanding of healthcare processes, particularly in the context of hospice care. HCHB EMR background is a plus. Our data is through a SQL logship database, Azure, SSMS, and virtual machines. We would expect the individual to be able to connect across multiple platforms for a full picture of the patient's journey with the company.
- Integrate and manage diverse healthcare datasets, ensuring seamless interoperability and accessibility for AI applications.
- Implement and maintain data quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability of product.
- Document flows and product specs at each phase.
- Stay up to date in AI, healthcare technology, and hospice care to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
