Upwork is hiring a Full Stack - AI / Data Scientist to build Sales LLM & Platform - Partnership - Contract to hire

Hi,

I am looking for a LLM/Machine learning expert and full stack developer to join our team as CTO - this is a long term partnership - profit share agreement. I am looking for a CTO/Co-Founder.

We are building an artificial intelligence, sales enablement platform.

Background:

We have a team of developers working on LinkedIn scraping and website scraping. We then send all of this scraped data to the language model and train the model based on this data and the users' product/company.

The language model will make recommendations to the user regarding who they should contact at the target company based on their goal/what they are trying to sell.

The LLM you are building acts in 3 ways:

1. To analyse the scraped data and LinkedIn/Job board activity

2. Make recommendations to the user, regarding who they should contact to sell their product, and also craft highly personalise outbound messages based on this content/scraped data and user inputs.

3. Track the sales acitivity and success of the campaign, with various AI sentiment features.

The LLM will be controlled by the users' prompts inside of our platform. If User A wants to target someone they will enter a prompt.

Example: "Find all new CEO hires in the insurance industry in the UK"

The LLM will be trained on the users company and prodcut, and then will analyse the scraped website content and LinkedIn data to find relevant content and information, known as "Trigger Points"

Using these "Trigger Points" the LLM will then craft higly personalised cold emails/outbound messages for the user to send to their target customer.

If you are interested in a full time role, please provide examples of language, model, work and recommendations for how you could help us on this project.

We will train this LLM and build the platform based on my own use case first, before selling to other sales professionals. This will be a full time opportunity and a chance to join the team.

Please note, this a full time position/profit share, whereby we split all profits 50/50 for the first year, and then it will include equity in the second year. I am looking for a CTO/Co-Founder.
