Job Description
* Identify training and development needs
* Design and optimize job and work and quality of work life
* Formulate and implement training programs and evaluate their effectiveness
* Review available job information, including current job analysis documentation, position, descriptions, training documents, performance appraisal tools, and other relevant documents
* Conduct applied qualitative analysis to include summarizing open-ended comments
* Conduct quantitative analysis to include descriptive and inferential statistical analysis
* Conduct psychometric analysis
* Develop workplace motivation and reward systems, quality of work life assessment, structure of work and human factors, and organizational development
* Design job analysis surveys to include rating scales and instructions
Qualifications
* Masters or PhD in Organizational Psychology, Industrial Psychology, Psychology (general), Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field
* Deep expertise in quantitative and qualitative analysis, statistical analysis
* Must have 3+ years of professional experience
* Spanish language proficiency preferred
