I want to create a web app with a restful API. I am looking for a developer who is fast and efficient who can write clean code. You will work along side with me to develop different applications.

You should have knowledge of LLMs, computer vision, Agents ,Scraping, fine-tuning models and be able to create functional APIs in python.
