ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is a full-time remote Senior Machine Learning Engineer role at YourLab.ai. The Senior Machine Learning Engineer will be responsible for designing from scratch and implementing machine learning systems to solve complex business problems. The Senior Machine Learning Engineer will work closely with the management team, engineers, and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, scalable, and performant machine learning models are delivered. Previous managerial experience is beneficial.
QUALIFICATIONS
—Experience in ML or Software development: 6+ years
— Experience in management: 2+ years
— Production development of scalable ML product/features and development "end-to-end", including requirements gathering, dataset creation, modeling, and deployment.
— Experience in designing multi-component ML-based and data-processing systems
— Deep expertise in one of the following: classic ML/Deep Learning/LLM/NLP/CV
— Experience mentoring junior machine learning engineers
— Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
— A graduate degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred
— Experience working with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus
— Advanced knowledge of Python and standard data science libraries
