LeadQuizzes is a SaaS company that specializes in lead generation through quizzes and

assessments for small to mid-size companies. Leadquizzes lets you create to engage your

audience, scale your business, promote your brand, or test your students with no coding

required.

About You

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Customer Success Manager to join our remote

team. If you are a proactive problem-solver, a great communicator, and thrive in a remote work

Roles and Responsibilities:

 Managing churn and increasing customer retention

 Creating a minimum-viable onboarding process with in-app guidance

 Educating customers with in-app help and improving customer experience

 Collecting customer feedback and closing feedback loops

 Building relationships by providing consistent value and fostering customer loyalty

 Mapping customer success journeys to spot and remove friction

 Building and implementing the right customer success playbook

 Liaising with the sales team to understand customer needs

 Liaising with the marketing team for better user insights

Required Skills:

 Enthusiastic individuals with a passion for problem solving with a can do attitude.

 A good communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.

 A flexible individual who can work in a small team.

 Technical savviness. So you can deeply understand your product and ensure that users

are on the right track.

 Self-motivated.

 Attention to detail.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 9-5PM CST

Experience:

 4 Year College Degree or other advanced degree in business and/or marketing

communications or equivalent experience

 Strong communication skills

 Ability to understand CRM platforms and business models.

 Experience with Salesforce a plus.

 Proficient in sorting and filtering data, as well as building charts and graphs from

captured data sets

 Passion for new and emerging technologies and an understanding of how they can be

applied to benefit businesses.

 Understanding of digital content, marketing platforms/delivery systems, and their

business models

 Strong ability to identify technical solutions to business problems/needs.

 Experience working in positions with high personal accountability combined with the

ability and experience to influence decision-making.

 Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently – self-motivated, knowledgeable,

and passionate for success.

 Ability to solve problems and bring timely resolution to issues.

 Ability to collaborate and work well internally with internal departments and stakeholders

(sales, editorial, design, MLR, marketing, operations, development, site directors).

 Superior listening and communication skills, both oral and written.
