This project involves development of machine learning models designed to solve targeted medical problems such as data extraction from medical records and supervised learning applications on medical data. Skills required are:
-web scraping, specifically public science and medical databases.
-database management for machine learning
-experience with Pytorch
-experience with transformer-based neural networks (experience with Llama2 open source models is a plus) using training data sets.
