Role Description
This is a contract and remote role for an Ad Tech/Mar Tech - Data Scientist. As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for creating predictive models and/or tools that aid in solving complex business problems and offering recommendations to clients using machine learning and statistical techniques.
Qualifications
A strong background in statistics, mathematics, or computer science with 3-5 years of experience in a quantitative analysis or data science role
Strong experience with machine learning, data processing and/or other real-time bidding platforms in Ad/Mar tech space
Strong expertise with Python, and its data science libraries such as Pandas, Scipy, Scikit learn, NumPy or TensorFlow,Pytorch, or Keras
Skilled in Python and its data libraries (like NumPy, Pandas, sklearn), big data (PySpark), and deep learning tools (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Experience with cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, and Snowflake for data science projects.
Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field (like Math or Computer Science) or 5+ years of relevant data science experience.
Ability to write production-quality code and experience with Git repository
Good Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written with the ability to explain complex concepts to technical and nontechnical individuals
A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics is strongly preferred
