I'm an advertising photographer, looking to collaborate with someone as my business grows.
The current most important need is for someone to support our lead generation pipeline with research. Essentially it's lead research in a B2B sensibility. We are looking to not only pay an hourly rate, but also to include a commission as a percentage of work with any client we close.
The ideal candidate will be open and flexible to working within our workflow/approach for finding leads. But as they learn our system they'll also proactively bring other ideas and approaches to lead generation.
At some point, we'll also be outsourcing other administrative elements of the business. We are interested and open to finding someone to cover both lead research/gen and these other administrative tasks, which could range anywhere from inbox monitoring/management to video editing for social media (EG reels/Tik Tok). We can teach/train these skills.
We are open to working with someone who wants to really drill down and focus on lead research. Or someone who might be open to working with us in broader ways. Let us know which way you lean in your response.
