Upwork is hiring a Need help building deep learning models

I know how to program in python and now I would like to learn how to create deep learning models and reinforcement models. I would like to learn about to UNet, Relu, drop rate, etc. I already have certain areas within my field that I would like to apply some deep learning models. Looking for on-going zoom session, total time commitment would be a few hours a week.
