We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to support our Real Estate Acquisitions team. This position requires online training, and use of a specific software - both will be provided. You will be paid to do the training which is estimated to take about 3-4 hours for the right candidate. You will be doing online research based on a specific set of criteria and compiling results in a streamlined and organized way. The assistant can do this remotely and would mostly be communicating with us and sending template emails to real estate agents.
We aim to acquire 60 homes this year so that’s 5/month. There is opportunity for this to last all year and continue on well beyond that as we expand.
We need someone diligent and organized that can follow our instructions and streamline the operation. There are bonuses for every 20 homes acquired. We estimate the workload will be about 10 hours per week - it really depends on how many homes are on the market.
You will be searching for homes that meet a certain price point, bedroom and bathroom count in a specific city that meet our minimum cashflow goals. We need you to be quick and efficient so we can make offers fast and close quickly.
The assistant must have a positive attitude and be receptive to feedback - which will be ongoing.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have a positive and receptive attitude, and be able to follow specific instructions accurately. Responsibilities include conducting research, and organizing data, and effectively communicating the results. The Research Assistant must have strong computer skills, attention to detail, and experience with data analysis. We will train you for success, bring your positive attitude! This position is part-time with the potential to grow into full-time.
