Scandinavian Biolabs is seeking a talented and experienced developer to create a cutting-edge, GPT-4 powered chatbot specifically designed for trichology. This chatbot will serve as an integral part of our digital platform, offering personalized hair care advice, product recommendations, and support to our users. By leveraging the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, we aim to provide a user experience that is not only engaging and informative but also deeply aligned with our brand's ethos of honest, encouraging, and scientifically-backed hair care solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a GPT-4 powered chatbot that integrates seamlessly with our website and mobile app.
- Collaborate with our trichology experts to encode a deep understanding of hair care, scalp health, and our product range into the chatbot.
- Implement natural language processing (NLP) to ensure the chatbot can understand and respond to a wide range of user inquiries with accuracy and personality reflective of the Scandinavian Biolabs brand.
- Integrate the chatbot with our existing databases and APIs to provide personalized product recommendations and advice.
- Ensure the chatbot complies with data protection and privacy regulations.
- Conduct thorough testing and iteration based on user feedback to continuously improve the chatbot’s performance and user experience.
- Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to align the chatbot’s functionality and tone of voice with our brand guidelines and customer service standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in developing chatbots, with a strong portfolio showcasing AI and NLP projects.
- Expertise in GPT-4 and other AI language models.
- Strong programming skills in relevant languages and frameworks (e.g., Python, Node.js, TensorFlow).
- Experience with integrating APIs and databases.
- Knowledge of data protection and privacy practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a cross-functional team.
- A passion for innovation and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.
- Familiarity with trichology, dermatology, or a similar field is a plus.
