Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns.
Provide actionable insights to the marketing team based on competitor analysis.
Market Research:
Research and analyze market trends, demographics, and customer preferences.
Determine market size, growth opportunities, and potential areas for expansion.
Conduct surveys, interviews, and focus groups to gather customer feedback.
Stay updated with industry news and developments to anticipate market shifts.
Course/Categories Prioritization:
Evaluate existing and potential product categories.
Recommend prioritization strategies based on market demand, profitability, and company capabilities.
Work closely with product development teams to align offerings with market needs.
Provide data-driven recommendations for new course/category launches or improvements to existing offerings.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources.
Prepare detailed reports and visualizations to communicate research findings.
Present findings and actionable recommendations to the marketing team and senior management
Monitor the effectiveness of marketing strategies and initiatives, providing regular performance reports.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product development.
Communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Act as a knowledge resource, providing market insights to guide decision-making processes.
