Overview: I am looking to create a media network called True that will live on a website, newsletter and potentially a podcast down the road. True Wellness will be the first entity in the network. Next, I would like to create True Home (focused on home decor and home goods -- furniture, lighting, etc.) and potentially more True entities over time. I will generate revenue through advertising, sponsorships and affiliate relationships.
Mission: We believe there is a way to provide credible health and wellness information that's much more in-depth than your typical publisher listicle, more engaging than a Consumer Reports or Wirecutter analysis and more data-driven than anything else out there.
Target Audience: 25-50 year olds, majority female. Ideal reader is a health and wellness enthusiast already - she reads Goop, follows health gurus on Twitter, already buys a lot of beauty and supplement products. But she's always interested in researching the BEST product for XYZ. And truly understanding a) how it works and b) what other customer's are saying about the product.
What are we selling: We are an informational website and newsletter that uses AI and expert editors to aggregate, analyze and synthesize consumer reviews, news and information about health and wellness products and trends.
