We are working on an algorithm to match individuals into groups. We have specific data from individuals that we will use to match groups (both survey and free response).
This person will need to:
Get background on key concept, draft algorithm
Get feedback on algorithm
Develop algorithm that reflect the key concept
We’re looking for:
Experience - you’ve developed a matching algorithm before
Speed; we’d rather have a couple versions to react to and iterate, versus aiming for perfection first time
High professionalism and written communication skills
Ideally someone who has developed algorithms related to scheduling, matchmaking, edtech
We use Paperform to collect matching data and Airtable to match groups.
Looking to onboard someone ASAP, by EOD Friday, August 25th.
