I am a non technical political nerd with a concept to open up our political discourse. The site uses semantic similarity to group user proposed concepts. I need a prototype in order to user test. I'm looking for someone who would be willing to do the initial build and work on an ad hoc basis going forward. I have a design ready, and I'm looking for a full stack developer to put it into practice. Data science and graphic design experience would be a plus. The AI portion is just a snippet from the hugging face library. Cheers!
