We are seeking an expert AI engineer for our enterprise SaaS product. In the current product, the onboarding process is time-consuming and we want to add the functionality for a Question Answering system.
The current search and browse capabilities are rudimentary. We want to see the onboarding process improved by integrating ChatGPT to provide Generative AI capabilities to our search. The results should be based on content found on our website. We also have a library of training videos.
This first pass would be to create a simple chat interface as a proof of concept. This interface should allow a user to enter a question and the chatbot would provide an answer based on the information in our documentation and training videos. We'll look at expanding the interface and tuning the answers if this proof of concept is successful. In addition to trying to answer the question, the results should return a list of resources AI thinks will best answer the question.
The successful candidate will have proven experience creating similar functionality with ChatGPT or other Generative AI platforms where the AI is using content from an external source to make the results pertinent to that use case.
