About the Role:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ML Research Scientist to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our research and development efforts, you will contribute to cutting-edge machine learning (ML) projects, driving innovation and advancing the field. The successful candidate will possess a strong academic background, a proven track record of research accomplishments, and a passion for pushing the boundaries of machine learning.

Responsibilities:

• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in the ML field and integrate novel techniques into ongoing projects.

• Lead and contribute to ML research projects with a focus on areas such as Large Language Models (LLM), optimization, and differential privacy.

• Drive the publication of research findings in reputable conferences and journals, showcasing the company's commitment to advancing the field of ML.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform research insights into practical solutions.

• Work closely with other researchers, engineers, and stakeholders to develop and implement ML models that address real-world challenges.

• Collaborate with external partners and academia to foster a culture of innovation and knowledge exchange.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of publishing research papers in top-tier conferences or journals.

• Expertise in at least one of the following: Large Language Models (LLM), optimization, or differential privacy.

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience for candidates with engineering backgrounds in LLM from recognized universities OR research experience from top-tier institutions.

• Total professional experience should not exceed 8 years.
