Key Responsibilities
Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive legal research on various U.S. federal and state laws, statutes, regulations, and case law. Provide clear, concise, and accurate legal analysis and summaries as well as appropriate citations
Documentation: Maintain up-to-date records of research processes and findings.
Regulatory Monitoring: Keep abreast of new legislation, regulatory changes, and industry developments that may impact the organization.
Collaboration: Work closely with attorneys and other legal staff to develop legal strategies and solutions. Assist in preparing for litigation, regulatory inquiries, and other legal proceedings.
Communication: Present research findings to legal teams and stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
Technology Utilization: Leverage legal research databases and software for efficient information retrieval and management.
