Assistance with the following: Write or Integrate code:
Fine tune or train existing llm (open or private) on many legal clauses.
Fine tuned model should ask specific question to tag the term in separate column by type based on match to trained clauses
Based on tag type, model will then rewrite clause based on preferred drafting content based on classification.
Preferred to use Azure OpenAi but open to falcon and other terms.
Optional: propose how to pull token from MS Word, index, classify, rewrite with LLM, and re integrate into document.
Optional: build table of original terms and revised versions based on training.
