Posh creates exceptional Conversational AI experiences for bank customers with a combination of cutting edge AI (LLMs, Generative AI) and access to Core Banking Systems. Posh further enhances these experiences with a growing number of 3rd party fintech solutions. At Posh, the Core Banking Team aims to give developers effortless and secure access to consumer banking data. The team translates legacy software into beautifully abstracted modern interfaces that create value for Posh.
Today Posh works with Core Banking Systems from Fiserv, Jack Henry, and Corelation among others. The Core Banking Software market is highly fragmented and banks are often dependent on antiquated technology. As Senior Product Manager you will navigate this complex space and lead Posh through thorny issues around market focus, partnerships, developer interfaces, and the product roadmap for middleware and interfaces to help Posh grow.
You Will:
- Define and execute the product roadmap for middleware and interfaces to Core Banking Systems working closely with the Core Banking Team and customer-facing teams.
- Conduct market research to understand the banking technology space and trends to inform product development and strategy.
- Join technical discussions with prospects and customers around their product requests for Posh middleware.
- Identify and work with partners in the Core Banking Systems space.
- Identify and work with prospective 3rd party fintech solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, pricing, and positioning for 3rd party fintech integrations.

- Experience in product management in a B2B SaaS startup.
- Experience with Core Banking Systems (e.g. Fiserv, Corelation, Finastra, Temenos, FIS)
- Experience in retail banking or fintechs
- Experience in on-premise network & infrastructure administration
- Experience integration with legacy software systems
