We are looking for a talented Content & Social Media Specialist to manage and enhance our online presence across digital and social channels such as YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, and other channels as our business evolves. The ideal candidate has a flair for creativity, an in-depth knowledge of the dental industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in developing engaging and shareable content. Help us nurture and grow our vibrant online community with content that not only educates and informs, but also heavily engages our clinically minded audience.
Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Develop high-quality and visually appealing short-form, digital-first content that educates clinicians about our products through the development images, videos, graphics and articles tailored for various social media platforms.
Technical Understanding: Evaluate and review content and training materials related to dentistry, translating complex concepts into compelling and accessible content for our online audience.
Platform Management: Oversee and maintain our presence on social media channels, such as YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc., ensuring that content reflects our expertise and passion for the dental industry.
Audience Engagement: Engage with our audience by promptly responding to comments, messages and inquiries in a professional and informative manner.
Community Building: Foster an active and engaged online community by encouraging discussions, sharing user-generated content and organizing online events centered around dental education.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, track and report on the performance of social media campaigns, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
Related Duties:
Content Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media content strategy that aligns with the company's branding and marketing goals.
Trend Analysis: Stay current on dental industry trends and best practices in social media marketing, integrating relevant insights into our strategy with a focus on educational and product-centered content.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that social media campaigns align with larger marketing initiatives. Identify and cultivate partnerships with key industry influencers to expand our reach within the online dental community.
Brand Consistency: Maintain consistent messaging and visuals across all platforms, ensuring adherence to our brand guidelines.
Qualifications:
Training and Experience
2-5 years of experience in dental hygiene with a keen interest in content creation.
1-2 years of experience in social media content creation.
Education
Associate’s degree in dental hygiene or a relevant field
Knowledge, Abilities and Skills
Knowledge of various social media channels relevant to dental industry (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn).
Strong knowledge of clinical research concepts, practices and regulations related to dental industry.
Ability to create relevant content independently with minimal direction and meet specified timelines.
Ability to communicate with teams, setting realistic timeline expectations, monitor and communicate progress against milestones, and escalate complex issues appropriately.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, project management software (e.g., Wrike, Trello, Monday.com), and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro).

Working Conditions
Office environment and occasional exposure to manufacturing plant environment, with some abnormal variations in temperature, unavoidable fumes, noise, dust and atmospheric conditions.
This position requires the ability to travel approximately 15% of the time.
The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position at the time of posting. Within the range, the compensation will be determined based on education/training, skill set, experience, and other organizational needs.
