Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Chatbot Developer to lead the development of an AI-powered chatbot solution for our clinical trial patient screening call center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chatbot development, natural language processing (NLP), and a deep understanding of healthcare data privacy and security regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our team to define project objectives, requirements, and scope.
- Design, develop, and implement a sophisticated AI chatbot solution for patient screening in clinical trials.
- Develop conversational AI and logic to ask qualifying questions, understand medical-related responses, and assess patient eligibility for clinical trials.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and maintain the highest standards of data security and patient confidentiality.
- Integrate the chatbot with our call center infrastructure for seamless call transfers and data logging.
- Provide ongoing maintenance and support for the chatbot, including updates, improvements, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical trial recruiters and IT personnel, to optimize the chatbot's effectiveness.

- Proven experience in developing conversational AI chatbots, preferably in a healthcare or clinical trial setting.
- Proficiency in natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning techniques.

- Familiarity with telephony systems and call center technologies.
