Stable Diffusion is a good generalistic model: it knows a little bit of everything. However, it might not generate specific things well, like human bodies, or a particular style. If you want Stable Diffusion to create images following a specific style, or if you want to make it an expert on one specific category of things (like anime, or humans, or Pokémon), you're going to need to further train it with thousands of images of that particular category of things. The resulting model is called a fine-tuned model, a model based off the standard Stable Diffusion that has been trained to be an expert in one particular category of images.
