The Project Manager manages Digital Innovation (AI & NLP-based) translation projects. Working alongside internal translation teams and external partners, this person will be instrumental in ensuring that projects track on time and meet set quality standards. This role will have a suite of projects and teams they are responsible for and will manage the time, cost, and quality of those initiatives. You would be a great fit for this role if you are a strong implementer with the ability to get things done, and you enjoy working independently with minimal supervision. Knowledge and experience in technical project management, managing translation projects, and technologies such as AI/ML and NLP are a plus.

Skills for Success . . .
Strong project manager with proven success in managing time, cost, and quality for multiple simultaneous projects for multiple clients.
Proficiency in web-based project management tools (Monday.com, ClickUp, Asana, Jira, Trello, etc.)
Familiarity with emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML) and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
Ability to create technology framework, systems architect design, and systems thinking.
Ability to speak with technologists and understand the nuances of the modern translation technology landscape.
Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with a variety of constituencies both internally and externally.
You Have . . .
At least 3 years’ experience in project management.
Experience working with multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Experience working with translation technology such as machine translation, natural language processing, etc.
