The Task:
1. Fine-tune an LLM to understand solidity source code and vulnerabilities in solidity source code
2. Further fine-tune to make the LLM specialize in a single type of vulnerability and identify its line number/function in the source code
3. Build a quality assurance model to remove false positives from the specialize LLM
4. Host the pipeline on AWS (we need to send a http request from our server to an endpoint that triggers inference on a vulnerability given the entire source code and we need to get a response with the vulnerability and line number or null if not found in the source code)
5. Ensure high accuracy and low false-positive rate
Timeline & Expectations:
- This task should be completed in 1-2 weeks.
- You will work closely with our core team via slack and if you are located in San Francisco, we would love to work with you in person
- We will answer any questions promptly as they arise via Slack
- Further work is likely if we work together effectively as a team and we find you going above and beyond expectations

We are looking for someone who isâ¦
- Experienced in designing, developing and deploying machine learning models to solve business needs
- Skilled at researching and implementing state-of-the-art ML algorithms including LLMs and RL
- Excited to solve complex cybersecurity problems using various ML techniques
Responsibilities:
- Produce and implement viable ML architectures to detect vulnerabilities in smart contracts
- Train and host models in AWS
- Collaborate with the software engineering team to ensure smooth integration of production ML algorithms
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in ML-driven vulnerability detection in smart contracts
Qualifications:
- Proven experience deploying large-scale machine learning models into production
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, which will enable you to navigate complex problems and find effective solutions
- Ideally an MS or Ph.D in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence or a related field
- Ideally 5 years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or a related field
