As our Social Media Project Manager, you will be the gatekeeper for quality control, overseeing all content creation efforts and ensuring they adhere to our strict quality guidelines. You'll work closely with the content creation team, setting clear expectations for quality, conducting regular checks, and providing constructive feedback where necessary. You'll manage clients' social media calendars and the content approval process, ensuring clients are well-informed about what content is published and when. Additionally, you'll be responsible for scheduling all social media content via Sprout Social and producing weekly reports demonstrating how their content is performing to clients. Furthermore, you'll assign content creators, videographers, and related media vendors to cover client events and manage project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily activities of content creators, with a strong emphasis on quality control and adherence to company standards.
Implement rigorous quality assurance processes, regularly checking all content and providing constructive feedback where necessary.
Manage clients' social media calendars and the content approval process, ensuring clients understand what content is published and when.
Schedule all social media content via Sprout Social, adhering to client timelines and preferences.
Produce weekly social media reports demonstrating to clients how their content is performing.
Assign and oversee content creators, videographers, and related media vendors for client event coverage, ensuring high-quality output.
Maintain open lines of communication with clients, delivering updates, handling inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Monitor performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness, always with a keen eye on quality.
Foster a collaborative environment and host client-facing status meetings.
May need to be on-site for event coverage and weekends as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally within a social media role
Expert knowledge of social media management, latest trends, and best practices.
Demonstrated expertise in quality assurance and control in content production.
Experience managing and coordinating with content creators, videographers, and other media vendors.
Proficiency in Sprout Social for scheduling and reporting is essential.
