We seek a passionate and experienced ABA professional to join our team and play a pivotal role in developing behavior management professional development courses and presentations for PreK-12 educators and counselors. As part of the Zoy team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the early childhood education sector by creating professional development courses, how-to guides, articles, and books that address the unique challenges teachers and counselors face.
Job Description:
As part of the Behavior Management professionals team, you will work closely with our team of experts to create high-quality resources to improve behavior management in preschool and kindergarten settings. Your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Resource Development: Collaborate with our team of child psychologists, SEL specialists, educators, writers, and illustrators to design and develop professional development courses, how-to guides, and articles that provide practical solutions for managing challenging behaviors in young children.
2. Professional Development: Assist in creating and delivering training materials and resources that can be used for workshops, online and on-site seminars, and webinars to educate teachers and school administrators on effective behavior management techniques.
3. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams within Zoy to ensure the seamless integration of behavior management and SEL strategies into our existing product offerings.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Certification as a Behavior Interventionist, ABA Therapist, or relevant certification. (BCBA is a plus)
- Proven experience creating educational resources, curricula, or training materials for behavior management and ABA in early childhood education.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into user-friendly, practical resources.
