As a Senior Data Product Manager, you will work with TalentNeuron Product Leadership to help define TN’s current enterprise architecture, build Roadmap, and execute a future vision and strategy in collaboration with Data Science and Engineering teams.
What You Will Do:
- Executing the TalentNeuron’s Data Strategy Roadmap, designing and defining the Core data
- methodologies /algorithms.
- Drive to add critical Data Capabilities, deliver value, features, prioritization, and requirements for
- TalentNeuron’s core analytical engine in realizing the overall vision for TN Data Strategy.
- Lead the scoping, and prioritization of projects to achieve all of our goals.
- Represent the team with Stakeholders and Senior Leadership team to align resources and
- prioritization.
- You will also provide day-to-day support in the form of user story definition, grooming and
- collaboration with the core data Methodology teams in Data Science.
- Be the go-to person for all data-related matters for your domain(s) and stay up to date on
- business or operational approaches to ensure your domain stays aligned to current practices.
- Work closely with multi-functional teams, such as data producers, engineers, and data architects
- to craft and deliver data products that enable the deeper understanding of a domain.
- Building and enhancing required Tools for managing Data assets and monitoring the quality of
- data.
- Define and assist with implementing specific data quality requirements and present metrics
- detailing alignment and improvements to data quality rules.
- Demonstrate active ownership of data domains and processes and procedures associated with
- those goals.
- Monitor domain usage and its efficiency, and work to continuously improve performance and
- faster resolution of issues.
- Communicate domain updates, releases, and roadmaps to end-users.
- Ability to summarize business use cases, data information/structure concepts and clearly
- communicate those.
- Understanding of data architecture principles, including data design practices.
- Experience with cloud data environments in AWS, ETL practices, data contracts, and APIs.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other coding languages for data analysis and creation of data
- visualizations and specifications.
- Strong problem solving and analysis skills, with the ability to translate business needs into
- technical specifications.
- Knowledge of modern Data Infrastructure and related processes.
- Exposure to BI Tools like PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik sense and other similar tools.
- The job requires an individual with lateral problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills,
- the ability to translate technical and Data Science requirements into actionable, testable,
- measurable stories with clear acceptance and Success criteria.
- Experience and proponent of agile development methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, systems engineering, data
- science, or related discipline.
- 5-7 years of experience in Product Management, Data Engineer, Data Analyst, Developer or QA
- positions working with relevant skills in a data focused role within a Big Data organization.
