Our eCommerce subscription offerings (here: emerj.com/plus) and our research reports (here: emerj.com/reports) have not received the same focus, as our team growth has been focused on advertising.
Now we’re hiring for a leader to take control of our email marketing, conversion rate optimization, and eCommerce revenue - to help convert our online audiences into a substantial income stream for the business (and a great benefit to our customers!).
** Details of the Role
The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for optimizing and enhancing various aspects of our digital presence. Key responsibilities include:
-- Monitoring and improving opt-in rates and conversion rates on site offers
-- Overseeing the performance of autoresponders to increase open and click-through rates
-- Collaborating with the content team to develop resources for audience promotion
Customer engagement is a priority, involving proactive communication with buyers to understand their needs.
The role also involves maintaining accurate metrics for email engagement and eCommerce purchases, utilizing a dedicated dashboard. Social media management on Twitter and LinkedIn, with a focus on increasing email list size or eCommerce revenue, is essential.
Successful collaboration with the editorial team to select eCommerce offers for newsletters is crucial. Overall, the candidate should be data-driven, possess strong communication skills, and contribute to the continual improvement of our online presence.
