About You
We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Customer Success Manager to join our remote
team. If you are a proactive problem-solver, a great communicator, and thrive in a remote work

Roles and Responsibilities:
Managing churn and increasing customer retention
Creating a minimum-viable onboarding process with in-app guidance
Educating customers with in-app help and improving customer experience
Collecting customer feedback and closing feedback loops
Building relationships by providing consistent value and fostering customer loyalty
Mapping customer success journeys to spot and remove friction
Building and implementing the right customer success playbook
Liaising with the sales team to understand customer needs
Liaising with the marketing team for better user insights
Required Skills:

Experience:
4 Year College Degree or other advanced degree in business and/or marketing
communications or equivalent experience
Strong communication skills
Ability to understand CRM platforms and business models.
Experience with Salesforce a plus.
Proficient in sorting and filtering data, as well as building charts and graphs from
captured data sets
Passion for new and emerging technologies and an understanding of how they can be
applied to benefit businesses.
Understanding of digital content, marketing platforms/delivery systems, and their
business models
Strong ability to identify technical solutions to business problems/needs.
Experience working in positions with high personal accountability combined with the
ability and experience to influence decision-making.
Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently – self-motivated, knowledgeable,
and passionate for success.
Ability to solve problems and bring timely resolution to issues.
Ability to collaborate and work well internally with internal departments and stakeholders
(sales, editorial, design, MLR, marketing, operations, development, site directors).
Superior listening and communication skills, both oral and written.
