ABOUT THIS POSITION
The Operations Assistant will have a good understanding of multiple business functions, how they impact each other, and how to foster an environment of collaboration to achieve the greatest impact.
The Operations Assistant will work closely with the entire remote team allowing the COO to fully remove themselves from the weeds of the day-to-day operations of the business and focus fully on growing other business entities.
The Operations Assistant works closely with the COO on strategic objectives and planning. The Operations Assistant can assist with creating SOPs, hiring team members, live event leadership, onboarding, KPI tracking, and some team productivity management. The Operations Assistant must be a PEOPLE PERSON, very hands-on, very tech-savvy, and available to be a resource to the team and/or clients daily during daytime hours. Any candidate who is not able to be hands-on or accessible is not a good fit for this role. They will also coordinate with the COO to enforce company policies, and culture. In addition, the ideal candidate must have experience with HR (onboarding and off-boarding) and will be asked to manage the payments to vendors.
Required: Leadership and management of all our online events/challenges/ or new programs that run very often.

CORE FUNCTIONS
-Project management, operations management, metrics management, and people management are core functions and responsibilities of the position.
- Heavy involvement in project management, digital product development, live event leadership, and using tools such as Slack and Click Up.
-Leading and coordinating our 5-day LIVE challenge production/ and other events
-The ideal candidate must have great communication skills, and decision-making skills, be a critical thinker, excel working with online teams, be accessible to the team and staff, create and maintain SOPs, and metrics, and be able to work with all personality types.
-An Operations Assistant who is a great fit for our team will help build company culture vs. restructuring the company to fit their preferences and must understand how to work with our COO
-A personality profile will be required as part of the application process for this position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Daily Online Business Management
-Ensure all technologies and tools are being used effectively and maintain budget spreadsheet
-Ensure all processes and technology tools are scalable and relevant
-Project Management & Implementation
-Ensure live challenges and events are coordinated, executed, and delivered with little to no mistakes
-Execution and delivery of CEO’s vision
-General Customer Service
-Program/Service Delivery
-Client Success & Satisfaction
-Work with Lead Coach to Keep Content and SOPs for Programs Updated
-Work w/ Lead Coach & Coaching Team to Ensure the Success of all Programs
-Team Management
-Team Payroll (Paying Invoices)
-Team Sourcing (Search, Interview, Hire, Onboard)
-Performance Management (Team Reviews/Evaluations)
-HR Process SOPs
-Metrics/KPIs Reporting & Management
QUALIFICATIONS
-2 + years of experience in an Operations Assistant, Integrator, or Online Business Operations or similar role
-Proven results in a similar position
-Able to take CEO’s/COO's vision and execute on strategies, tactics, and/or develop plans to reach the stated vision
-Exceptional leadership
-Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and masterful follow-through
-Understands how online marketing works and is technologically savvy
-Can handle lots of moving pieces, multiple deadlines, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
-Works very well with others and can build rapport quickly
-Excels at leading teams, managing people, and holding them accountable
-Highly resourceful loves learning new things and can implement new ideas quickly
-Has great attention to detail and brand quality
