About the role:
- Craft engaging tech blogs and compelling social media posts
- Develop comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standards
- Gain deep understanding of products and technology, and translate complex information into simple, polished, engaging content
- Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of target audience, turning insights into language for user success
- Evaluate current content and develop innovative methods for improvement
Required skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or working towards Bachelor's degree in communications, English, Computer Science, or relevant writing/technical field
- Empathy for software engineer - ideally, some experience in software engineering
- Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex subject matter, related to LLMs, e.g. could write any of these: https://www.lamini.ai/blog
- Experience in crafting engaging tech blogs and compelling social media posts
