Role Description
As the Manager of Go To Operations, you will be working to help N1 Health implement and optimize our Product-Led Growth strategy. As a leading Health Care AI Platform, N1 is focused on and differentiated by our focus on ensuring that our technology leads to meaningful member/patient outcomes. Our company has achieved significant growth by working closely with customers to make adopting AI into their core business processes an easy ‘try-buy’ experience. Working on the Customer Solutions team, you will partner with large Health Care organizations to:
Develop a strategic plan to use AI to provide personalized health care to underserved/unengaged members and householdsDevelop business cases and financial analyses to support the strategic planOperationalize the plan in partnership with customer executivesIdentify new and innovative use cases for our AI and data platformIdentify and plan for potential technology and channel partnerships
This role involves building deep and value-based relationships with a small number of large, high-profile Health Care organizations driving multi-million dollar programs that provides better care for tens of thousands of members. In our fast-growing company this role is a launch pad to other leadership positions.

Developing strategic and operational plansFinancial analysis at CFO levelDeveloping strong partnerships with senior management at customersAlign with macro market, business and regulatory trends in Health Care
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree
· Strategic understanding of sales and marketing principles and practices
· At least 4 years of professional experience in private equity, management consulting, or strategy
· Experience or interest in technology/healthcare
· Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and organizational skills
· Proven analytical skills and a data-driven mentality
· Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and drive transformational change.
