About High Point Aerotechnologies

High Point is a technology company developing autonomous defense and robotic systems for multi-mission capabilities. We develop software, data science, and integrated hardware solutions to meet the most pressing needs of the modern battlefield and security environment.

We are a counter-autonomous solution provider and systems integrator serving the United States and other foreign allied governments, as well as civilian government and commercial operators of critical infrastructure. Our mission is to protect lives and property from autonomous threats with an initial emphasis on various unmanned systems (UxS).

High Point builds Counter-UxS (C-UxS) systems to provide continuous protection across varied threat environments and mission sets. We focus on managing the C-UxS kill chain to optimize data fusion from multiple sensors. We provide autonomous detection, classification, tracking, and selection from multiple kinetic, cyber, and low- collateral defeat capabilities to support the mission.

High Point is a rapidly growing company, and the right person for this role should be able to work in partnership with engineers and designers, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with many competing priorities. You often will be expected to self direct, and to be comfortable navigating ambiguity.

Job Description

This role is an opportunity to immediately have an outsized impact on real-world operations. Our focus is on creating groundbreaking technology that operators need and trust, and all your work will feed into this. You will go deep to learn about gaps in existing defense capabilities, engage with users, synthesize feedback, and build the product infrastructure to support our goals.

DefenseOS is the AI-powered sensor fusion network that underpins all High Point products, enabling better real-time decision making. The software provides operators with real-time information regarding their operational environment, command & control (C2) of critical counter-autonomy systems, and data science applications.
