The Opportunity

We are looking for a dedicated Machine Learning Engineer, Customer Success to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for all post-sales activities, including product deployment, customer success support, and ML operations. You will act as a vital liaison between our internal teams and external stakeholders, providing technical expertise, facilitating product adoption, and assisting in achieving safety and operational efficiency objectives.

What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate and oversee all post-sales activities, including successful product deployment and ongoing support.
  • Manage deployment operations, including training ML models and handling data operations and policies.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer success support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Monitor customer systems and proactively identify and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Establish strong relationships with customers, understanding their unique needs and ensuring that our products meet those needs.
  • Communicate regularly with our engineering and product teams, relaying customer feedback and contributing to the continuous improvement of our products and services.
  • Deliver technical demos and training to customers, providing clear and concise explanations of complex AI and machine learning concepts.
  • Track customer success metrics, analyze reports, and use data-driven insights to drive strategic decision-making and enhance the customer experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar customer success, technical support, or consulting role.
  • Experience with Computer Vision and Machine Learning technologies.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure and CI/CD operations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
  • A customer-centric mindset and a passion for ensuring customer success.
