Who You Are
Director of AIaaS will be accountable for creating stability in innovation across the BENlabs organization. As a result of new innovations and technology are developed, evolution and transformation are an integral part of the BENlabs DNA for both our own teams as well as our clients. This position will work to continuously ensure the organization is delivering operational excellence while also adopting innovative and creative services to expand on our market solutions, working closely with internal and external partners. This is a dynamic position that involve many different skills and abilities. The incumbent of this position will bridge the training and operational gap between new innovations and team adoption.
Requirements:
- Focus on the development and implementation of new processes and/or products that will improve the BEN business from an efficiency and thought leadership standpoint.
- Through cross-functional leadership, develop project plans, strategies, timelines and status reports for innovations that are needed and in the works.
- Ensure that innovations are workable, scalable, and are adopted across the needed teams and organizations.
- Ensure appropriate ownership is handed to designated leaders for innovation/process upkeep and further training.
- Evaluate and build upon team systems and processes – ensuring BEN decision-making principles are adhered to, and appropriate RASCIs are in place to facilitate cross team coordination.
- Consistently know the status and needs of projects, needs, and priorities
- Manage the work-flow of team projects between Sales, CS and Execution, including the traffic of materials and at time the creation/innovation of new solutions to ensure team needs are met, and efficiencies are created.
- Work cross-functionally with all facets of the business, including sales, finance, human resources, and customer service to lead in change adoption.
- Develop short- and long-term operational strategies in partnership with senior team members and manage the flow off innovation across the design, development, and execution of new strategies and tech to achieve measurable outcomes in a timely, cost-effective manner.
- Partner with the business unit leaders and key stakeholders to inspire change and implement new business processes.
- Join CEO meetings, new client business meetings, tech meetings, and be a central hub of context and information for both internal and external innovations and challenges.
- Manage projects from inception to completion in both and individual capacity, but also cross-functionally.
- At times, manage client communication and lead client meetings when specific innovations require.
- Lead trainings, develop case studies, and package up processes for how new technologies should be adopted and implemented.
- Condense complex ideas in to easy-to-understand concepts and training materials.

- Bachelor's degree required, master's degree desired
- 7-10 years of experience
- Excel proficiency is a must
- Proven leadership and experience in managing effective client relationships that are high, wide, and deep.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including broad knowledge of management practices and good business analysis/project management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to grasp a large, complex, global business at a base level and use this understanding to set overall strategy and drive business process improvement.
- Adept business savvy to effectively communicate and work with other executives to achieve business and systems goals.
- Strong business planning skills to complete strategic projects with implications for business areas with rapidly evolving business processes. Must possess a balanced perspective on strategic and tactical issues.
- Proven ability to manage numerous projects, as well as resources, remotely in a highly dispersed organization.
- Established ability to select top talent and create a productive environment that promotes initiative, innovation, continuous learning, and development of key leaders for future advancement.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a range of audiences including clients, front-line managers, and C-level leaders
- Self-starter who is eager to learn and get the job done well
- Strong operations capabilities, with an awareness of your impact on the client experience
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
