We are seeking a part-time Grading Specialist to evaluate and assess written exams conducted for the selection of Medical Documentation Specialist candidates. We are looking for a sincere and agile-minded personality who can ensure quality with timely delivery of evaluations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Grade recruitment assessment copies 
• On-time score delivery
• Maintaining the grading KPIs according to the SLAs
• Provide additional support for grading if required
• Error-free grading submissions according to the grading rubric
• Proactively flag any concerns found while grading the copies
• Watchful observation to detect any kind of plagiarism
• Maintain Augmedix Security and Compliance Protocol
• Joining the weekly training meeting

The Asst. Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring safe, HIPAA-compliant, and efficient operations of our medical scribing operations. About the Role:

About the Role:

Augmedix is looking for contractual remote Medical Data Processors (MDPs) for one of their exciting medical research projects with attractive benefits! Augmedix Bangladesh is also conscious of the current Covid-19 pandemic, as such, we are allowing this position to be worked from home to help ensure your safety. However, due to US healthcare regulations, certain requirements need to be met in order to be eligible for work from home. 

The project is about researching medication data for the patients prescribed by their healthcare providers to find the efficiency, side-effects, and continuity of a drug as well as the patient's compliance with the prescription. This helps pharmaceutical organizations, as well as physicians, measure the success rate of different medication therapies.

The most important role of the medical data processing team is to view, analyze, and interpret patient data from electronic health record systems and input them accurately in the data storage units. An MDP needs to intelligently review all the electronic health record data of the patients under a secured and compliance-approved environment and upload those data accurately through an optimized medium. Medical Data Processors are excellent interpreters of medical documentation with superb English and comprehensive reading skills. We measure our success in swiftness, accuracy, clarity, and the extensive interpretation of medical documentation reflected in the tasks. 

Responsibilities:

• Complete and submit medical data sourcing forms based on EHR data.  
• Maintain 100% data accuracy for the submitted forms. 
• Escalating any issues related to the forms promptly to the stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly and carefully listen, comprehend, and then transcribe the entire conversation between the clinician, patient, and caregiver
• Appropriately identify and then classify the conversation into the allocated 4 tiers: A. Clinician B. Patient C. Caregiver D. Clinical Staff E. NPS F. Other noise/sounds
• Learn new tools and/or technologies as necessary to follow team workflow and accomplish annotation tasks     
• Maintain ownership of each annotation assignment, and respond to any changes in procedure & process
• Achieve an accuracy of 90% or more while annotating the given files.
• Achieve the target of successfully annotating assigned audio in each working day maintaining an accuracy of at least 90%
• Collaborate with project leads to ensure that annotations meet project requirements
• Ensure all management reports are done on time.
