About the role :
The CX Product team is responsible for building customer-facing and agent-facing product experiences that help resolve user queries quickly, effectively and delightfully. The team has a strategically important role @ Jupiter - a seamless support experience is critical for Jupiter to be able to build and enhance customer trust as a digital-only banking platform.
As a Senior Product Manager in the Customer Experience Team, you will play a pivotal role in building products for 2 complementary user profiles - end customers and support agents. As the senior most member of the pod, you will lead the development and execution of long-term strategy, roadmaps and day-to-day initiatives. You will be responsible for leveraging user insights, data and the latest advances in AI to develop magical experiences. You will be required to work closely with the Data Science team, co-developing products that leverage the latest advances in Generative AI.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Conceptualise, develop business case, build new products to enhance support experience across end-customers of all products as well as agent team
- Lead end-to-end product development processes, from ideation and requirements gathering to release and post-launch evaluation. Define clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Ensure timely delivery and quality of customer experience features. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute a customer experience strategy aligned with the company's vision and goals. Identify opportunities to differentiate and elevate the customer experience.
- Lead the development of the product roadmap for customer experience initiatives, considering customer insights, market trends, and business objectives. Prioritize features, enhancements, and features based on customer impact and value.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of customer experience initiatives. Monitor and analyze metrics, conduct A/B testing, and implement data-driven improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
- You should have proven track record of launching /scaling different User Centric Products from 0 - 1, 1 - 10 Journey's
- Demonstrated good understanding and application exposure of UX, UI, User thinking in real life scenarios and have deep understanding of User Psychology, emotional triggers of the end users to build deep engaging products
- As a SrPM in the startup, you need to hustle and have a clear understanding of measures and keep a balance between Process Vs Execution, Data Vs Intuition.
- Have demonstrated experience of delivering products with strict deadlines along with being Data Driven, Customer Obsessed.
- Education: Computer science undergraduate degree or equivalent plus hands-on software engineering experience
