As a VFX Producer you will be charged with partnering with our VFX and Post Production team, managing our vendors, budgets, scheduling support organizing and managing bids to studios, and ensuring our projects and deadlines are operating properly and met with excellence.
***This will start as a freelance position with an opportunity to support future projects as time progresses.***
Qualifications
- Work with VFX Supervisor
- Planning budgeting, crewing Bidding out jobs
- Handle outsource bidding
- Work with VFX Vendors
- Scheduling and budgeting VFX
- Ensure project stays on schedule and budget
- Communicating timelines to the VFX SUPERVISOR and the VFX team
- Working with VFX co-ordinator
- Working with I/O department
- Helping setup reviews and take notes as necessary
- Experienced working with outsource vendors internationally
- Experienced in high end VFX for feature film and episodic
- Attention to detail
- Calm under pressure
- Advanced Shotgrid skills
- Skilled with Excel for budgeting and scheduling
- Great communication skills
- Must be located in Los Angeles and work in the Santa Monica office
