**Functional Requirements**

- Seller Information (if required)

- Any other specifics related to the item.

3. Price Quotation

- The AI should cross-reference the extracted details against a predefined price sheet.

- Calculate the quote based on matching criteria.

- If the AI cannot find sufficient details to provide a quote, it should initiate a follow-up process to gather missing information.

4. Customer Interaction

- The system should be able to communicate with the customer.

- If further information is required for a quote, the AI should ask targeted questions to gather the missing details.

- Once a quote is generated, the AI should provide the customer with the offer.

- Based on the customer's feedback to the offer, the AI should follow up with predefined responses. These responses can be positive (e.g., confirming the deal), negative (e.g., explaining the rationale behind the price), or neutral (e.g., providing more details about the quote).

Technical Requirements

1. Integration

- Seamless integration with Facebook API or web scraping tools to fetch details from Marketplace links.

2. AI & Machine Learning

- Natural Language Processing (NLP) capabilities for understanding and extracting item details.

- Image recognition capabilities (if needed) to analyze item photos.
