We’re looking for an expert OUTBOUND Appointment Setter to manage our and our client’s outreach using TEXT MESSAGES (GoHighLevel) + LINKEDIN + COLD EMAIL (Instantly)
We are specifically looking for an experienced, results-oriented, and ambitious OUTBOUND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REP/B2B APPOINTMENT SETTER who wants to be a part of a movement to make this world a more successful place.
JOB REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:

- YOU WILL BE WORKING IN A SUPER COMPETITIVE. HIGH-PERFORMANCE ENVIRONMENT.
- 3 to 5 Years MINUMUM Experience in B2B Appointment Setting
- Excellent Written And Spoken English, should be extremely professional and formal (NOT FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE weak grammar or you can't speak as good as a NATIVE ENGLISH SPEAKER)
- Must have expert knowledge of GoHighLevel and Text Message Outreach from GHL (in and out, all features, functionalities, automations, triggers, manage opportunities, lead pipeline, add contacts, and more)
- Must have expert knowledge of LinkedIn Lead Generation, also knowledge of LinkedIn Automation Softwares and Tools, should know how to setup the automation tools, setup inmail and connections campaigns, can start conversations, and book Demos
- Must have expert knowledge of Instantly (from start to finish, importing and exporting leads, setting up, starting campaigns, replying to prospects, starting conversations, and booking demos/discovery calls
- Deep Understanding of Email Deliverability, open rate, reply rate, positive reply rate, and appointment booking rate
- Calling is involved here, calling is required only on follow-ups, callbacks, and inbound calls
- Replying to prospects professionally and booking appointments easily, turning negative into positive replies, being professional and acting as an expert who can help the prospects, being conversational, calling and following up 3 to 5 times to each engaged conversation. A MINIMUM OF 1-2 DISCOVERY CALLS BOOKED PER DAY
- Sending more information on emails for the prospects who ask for detailed information via email before booking a call
- Confident enough to send PERSONALISED LOOM VIDEOS if needed to get the prospects on the discovery call OR using our software to send AI-generated personal videos with the client’s face in it.
- Booking appointments in the client’s Google calendar, calendly, ghl calendar or any other schedular of the client’s choice.
- Confirming booked appointments by marking them on GHL opportunities, informing the client, marking booked on the sheet, making sure they are being put into GoHighLevel reminder and nurturing sequence.
- Following up with no-shows through emails, texts, and phone calls 5 - 10 times until they say STOP or SHOW UP AGAIN.

- Following up with prospects who showed interest but didn't book through emails, texts, LinkedIn and phone calls 5 - 10 times until they say STOP or BOOK A CALL.
- Putting certain contacts on DND (do not disturb), BLOCKLIST removing them from the outreach and etc…
- Keeping in touch with US AND OUR clients on Slack to maintain a positive relationship and answer any questions about the appointments that are getting booked for them.

TECHNICALS:
- Fast Laptop/Computer with a 64-bit processor (Windows or Mac) (16GB RAM+ MINIMUM)
- Fast and reliable internet connection
- Webcam (for team meetings)
- Good quality headset with microphone for crisp and clear communication with prospects.
- MUST know how to use team communication tools like Asana, Slack, Trello, etc
TIMING:
Monday to Saturday (6 DAYS A WEEK IN THE START)
50 hours a week minimum
11 a.m. EST to 7 p.m. EST
Hourly Wage: $12-$15 per hour
