We are seeking a talented AI solution provider to develop a robust image tag extraction system for integration into our desktop application. We are not talking about OCR solutions. What we need is a solution able to understand what's inside an image and return the list of objects. For example, given an image of a person on a beach with palms where you can see the sea and birds, it should return "person, beach, palms, sea, birds, sun" possibly each one with an importance value ranging from 0 to 100.

The ideal solution would be to use LLAVA models. We've already tested them but they are very heavy and require to work on a GPU. On a 2014 MacBook Pro it took 3/4 minutes to process just one image, which is unusable. What we are looking for is a solution that can work on CPU with good performance. If you think you can optimize this models to make them work fast on CPU based computers, the job is yours.
