As a QA Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You'll participate in the software development life cycle (SDLC), focusing on quality assurance tasks such as designing test cases, executing tests (both manual and automated), and documenting and resolving software defects. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that all software features meet the defined specifications and requirements. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute test cases for our SaaS application and contribute to the establishment and improvement of test procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with QA, development, DevOps, and product teams to ensure the quality of our software features.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of tools and testing scripts to support QA and engineering teams.
• Identify, document, and communicate software defects to cross-functional teams and contribute to their resolution.
• Assist in increasing test code coverage by working closely with the development team.
• Create and maintain test plans and cases as per product requirements.
• Contribute to identifying features suitable for automation and participate in automation efforts.

• 1-3 years of experience in a QA engineering role.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and established test methodologies.
• Proficiency in executing test cases and debugging.
• Experience in manual and automated testing.
• Hands-on experience with Python, Selenium WebDriver, JavaScript, SQL, HTML/CSS, Jenkins, Postman, and AWS is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Capable of working both independently and collaboratively to resolve issues.
• Experience working in a scrum-based agile environment.
• A continuous learner with an interest in new technologies.
• Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a high-paced, dynamic environment.
• Good communication skills.
• BS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field is desirable.
• Previous experience in a software development or software testing role is a plus.
