Position Summary

We are looking for a Recruitment Associate to support our recruiting team and help us place qualified candidates faster. The Recruitment Associate's responsibilities include searching social networks and job sites to identify potential candidates, sending recruiting emails, and other administrative tasks. You should have combine knowledge of sourcing techniques with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Will be assigned other recruitment duties such as: processing of candidates, screening, sourcing, quality of checking, process improvement, and other administrative-related tasks.
• Handling of ticket queries with accuracy, quality, and within a standard time frame.
• Maintain knowledge database
• Performs strategic sourcing, tapping all channels
• Call outs, email invites, creation of job ads, job posting

• Excellent business English skills
• Sourcing experience
• SEO, Recruitment Marketing experience is a plus
• Experience working in fast paced global organizations, RPO, Tech, Languages, Remote Work companies (tutorials) or Shared Services
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Can work in Imus, Cavite
• Can work flexible shifts and workdays

• At least 4-year college level
• 1-2 years of working experience in recruitment role
• Knowledge in other languages is a plus
