Role Overview

A successful candidate in this role will be passionate about how AI can drive outcomes and impacts for members and believes AI requires a technology enabled service delivery model to be effectively deployed in health care. This role will work across our Customer Solutions, Customer Experience, Engineering and Data Science teams to support and boost outcomes for our clients.

This position requires familiarity with Product Led Growth concepts, willingness to listen to and understand both customer and internal teams needs and the energy and determination to own and drive strategic initiatives as a individual contributor in a very fast growing startup environment.

Responsibilities:

Strategic:

Understand how our customer leverage our solutions to better document their needs, evolve our product led growth buying process, map out an evolving competitive landscape and turn insights into messages and collateral that drives deals forward

Partner with our delivery organization to publish customer case studies and run our customer advisory board and create and deliver marketing collateral

Product Definition

Collaborate with engineering, data science and sales teams to articulate clear product definition, customer value and execute effective product communication

Thrive in a data driven organization with measurable objectives and OKRs and aggressive goals

Content And Collateral

Lead internal and external publication of our technology and services offerings to train, sell and scale our offerings

Collaborate with product, engineering and customer experience teams to create product collateral around Use Case guides, videos, workshops, case studies, and other product related content

Build community among our key customer leaders via our customer advisory board, feature development meeting researchers and engineers, both in the academic sphere as well as in the startup ecosystem via social media, email campaigns, content hub, etc

Required Experience / Skills

2+ years experience in product marketing, or product management working with tech-enabled services

Growth mindset with willingness to take on ambiguous assignments, make informed decisions, and lead projects to evolve the organization

Either (a) technical consulting experience or (b) technical delivery experience across software engineering or data science, or an engineering field.

Excellent written and verbal communication and comfort with quick reviews and turn-around of collateral

Customer-facing experience and a customer-first mindset

Experience leveraging data to drive decision making processes

Ready to experience the high and lows of a fast growth startup

Ideal Experience

A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, or other Engineering field

Experience with Product Led Growth Strategies
