As the Product Manager for Customer Onboarding, you will be responsible for creating seamless experiences that enable prospects and customers to easily access our products and transition from initial sign-up to launching in production. We are looking for a Product Manager who can work cross-functionally across sales, implementation, engineering, design, research, and partner with customers to improve their onboarding process. Your role will be to build onboarding experiences across the product suite to support our growth.

What you’ll do

• Develop and execute the product strategy for Customer Onboarding, in collaboration with Engineering, Research, and Design
• Work closely with customers, our delivery organization, and our account teams to understand pain points with accessing our products
• Perform market research on enterprise B2B onboarding experiences to inform product priorities
• Define product requirements and prioritize the roadmap, working closely with Engineering teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of features
• Collaborate with UX and Design teams to create a seamless and intuitive user experience in AI Console, which is ASAPP’s administrative platform
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with other product teams, understanding the needs and requirements to deliver each of the products in our portfolio

• Experience: 5+ years of product management experience or equivalent track record of shipping great products
• Ownership: Strong sense of accountability, autonomy, and self-motivation, proven record of resourcefulness
• Collaboration: Cross-functional collaboration experience across multiple Engineering teams, Design, Research, Project Management, and Product
• Execution: Ability to execute in the weeds and zoom out to see the bigger strategic picture

• Experience working in onboarding flows for enterprise customers

ASAPP is seeking a full-time IT Service Desk Analyst to help support our Bangalore office. You should have a strong background in end-user/desktop support and be genuinely passionate about helping people, solving complex problems, performing technical tasks independently and learning about the latest IT technologies. You will be very familiar with the end-user life cycle, day-to-day troubleshooting, remote support, workflow automation, and timely management and completion of service desk tickets. You will work alongside fellow Service Desk Analysts in Argentina and the US.

What you'll do

• Provide technical support to our staff as the first point of contact operating within given SLAs
• Perform onsite or remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions

• 2+ years of end-user support/service desk experience

As a full-time Security Engineer, you will partner with our Product Engineering, Platform and SRE teams to help us develop secure, scalable, and robust services. You will use your strong skills on both, security and software development to contribute to the implementation and development of existing ASAPP application security capabilities. You should be familiar with secure coding methodologies, code vulnerability detection systems, and live web application protection systems. Last, but not least, you should want to teach (and learn) from everyone on our team! 

This individual will be joining a mature and established Security Engineering team. You will be improving our existing code security pipeline, partnering with cross functional Engineering and Infrastructure teams, and working across ASAPP’s people and technology footprints to design, build, and run secure systems.

What you'll do

• Advocate developer-centric security best practices throughout ASAPP
• Perform technical security assessments, code audits, and design reviews
• Develop and document technical solutions to help mitigate security vulnerabilities
• Conduct research to identify new attack vectors against ASAPP products and services
• Participate in related penetration testing, red teaming, and other offensive security exercises

• Experience contributing with Go/Javascript/Python/Mobile applications in production environments for an industry setting
• Extensive experience identifying potential cybersecurity attack and mitigations across common web and mobile application attack vectors (OWASP Top 10, Mobile Top 10)
• Deep understanding of web and mobile application technologies
• Experience building and running applications in Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• B.S. in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• Involvement in the Security community and industry participation is a plus
• Experience in product-oriented environments
• Experience and familiarity with machine learning development, both from the perspective of an engineer and as an attacker/defender

The Data Infrastructure team at ASAPP designs, builds, and maintains our mission-critical core data infrastructure and analytics platform. We’re looking to hire a Manager or Senior Manager, Data Infrastructure with the knack for building out data infrastructure systems that can handle our ever-growing volumes of data and the demands we want to make of it. Automation is a key part of our workflow, so you’ll help design and build highly-available data processing pipelines that self-monitor and report anomalies. As part of our fast-growing data engineering team, this role will also play an integral role in shaping the future of data infrastructure as it applies to improving our existing metric-driven development and machine learning capabilities.

This role is onsite or hybrid flexible. We have offices in New York City, Northern California, and Bozeman.

What you'll do

• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers. Foster a healthy and collaborative culture, and a high-output team 
• Team management and technical management (35%), working cross functionally with other engineering managers/architects (35%), architecture and individual contribution (30%)
• Drive technical and cross-functional projects and provide leadership in an innovative and fast-paced environment
• Design and deploy improvements to our mission-critical production data pipeline, data warehouses, data systems
• Expand our logging and monitoring processes to discover and resolve anomalies and issues before they become problems
• Develop state-of-the-art automation and data solutions in Python, Spark and Flink

• 12+ years of experience in general software development and/or dev-ops, sre roles
• 5+ years experience in building and supporting data infrastructure 
• The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of people management experience and enjoys being a technical hands-on manager
• Demonstrated ability to develop sizing & capacity planning for large scale cloud big data platforms and optimizing performance and platform throughput
• Confidence operating in a devops-like capacity working with AWS, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Terraform, etc. thinking about automation, alerting, monitoring, and security and other declarative infrastructure
• Expertise in at least one flavor of SQL, e.g. Redshift, Postgres, MySQL, Presto, Spark SQL, Hive
• Proficiency in a high-level programming language. We use Python, Scala, Java, Kotlin, and GoExperience with CI/CD (continuous integration and deployment)
• Experience with workflow management systems such as Airflow, Oozie, Luigi, and Azkaban
• Experience implementing data governance, i.e. access management policies, data retention, IAM, etc.
• Confidence operating in a devops-like capacity working with AWS, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Terraform, etc. thinking about automation, alerting, monitoring, and security and other declarative infrastructure
• Strong experience leading and growing successful infrastructure teams that consist of multiple software engineers and managers
• Experience managing expectations and relationships with multiple collaborators and project teams across various functional areas

• Bachelor’s Degree in a field of science, technology, engineering, or math, or equivalent hands-on experience
• Experience in maintaining and managing kafka (not just using)
• Experience in maintaining and managing OLAP/HA database systems (not just using)
• Familiarity handling Kubernetes clusters for various jobs, apps, and high throughput
• Technical knowledge of data exchange and serialization formats such as Protobuf, Avro, or Thrift
• Experience in either deploying and creating Spark Scala and/or Flink applications

• Experience working with large-scale cloud data warehouse solutions such as Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, or Snowflake
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, Scala, Java, or Go
• Proficiency in using query languages like SQL, Hive or SparkSQL
• Familiarity with reporting tools like Sisense, Power BI, Looker, Tableau etc is a plus
• Experience with AWS public cloud is a plus
