You Will

• Develop, define, and re-define a world-class product roadmap and strategy
• Leverage an intimate understanding of market drivers, client needs, the competitive landscape, and overall company strategy to iterate on product vision 
• Collaborate closely with the Engineering team, communicating achievable product goals and adjusting scope as needed to hit milestones
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to actualize requirements and ideas, and translate them into strategy and user stories

• 6+ years in a technical product management role, successfully owning consumer facing products (consumer web applications is a bonus!)
• Hands-on approach with a scrappy mentality, willing to take on any part of the PM job Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong technical background, with experience partnering with engineers from beginning to end to successfully develop and ship products
• A user experience-focused approach with excellent customer engagement skills
• Self-starter with high level of ownership, and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced startup environment
• Analytical, curious, creative, insightful
• Strong executive presence, excellent written and oral communication skills

We are currently seeking a Senior Frontend Developer who is passionate about creating products with a profound impact. Our dedicated team is currently working on a comprehensive suite of cutting-edge systems and products that will shape the future of safety and security. Responsibilities

• Lead definition and design of web consumer products (from design to delivery)
• Write reusable components with clean, modular patterns
• Enable the web UI to process computer vision data
• Build 3D rending capabilities on the web
• Develop and maintain low-latency video camera feed players on different browsers
• Comfortable leading whole projects from design to implementation

• BS/MS in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience
• Working knowledge of the React framework
• Proficiency with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Being Familiar with ThreeJs is a plus (not required)
• Familiar with gRPC and the ability to read Python server code is a plus (not required)
• Ability to demonstrate object-oriented, test-driven, and responsibility-driven design
• Strong verbal and written communications skills and independent work ethic

We are currently seeking a Sr. Deep Learning and Computer Vision Engineer who is passionate about creating products with a profound impact. Our dedicated team is currently working on a comprehensive suite of cutting-edge systems and products that will shape the future of safety and security. Responsibilities

• Implementing and deploying an object detection using TensorRT, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other frames works
• Build people tracking across thousands of cameras
• Optimize models for running on embedded hardware or scaling model parallelization on the servers
• Detecting unusual object addition/removal in a scene
• Build activity classification and anomaly detection for a given scene
• Detecting and counting object and people frequencies
• Take ownership of a wide range of systems and drive projects from concept through shipping.

• BS, MS, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Robotics, or similar technical field of study
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience
• Extensive background in deep learning networks using TensorFlow, Keras, Caffe, or similar
• Deep technical understanding of computer vision and machine learning
• Experience with state of the art CV/ML models and tools
• Experience technically leading a team and driving technical directions
• Experience in Python and/or C++
• 2+ years of experience as an engineering manager is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communications
