BENlabs is seeking a Client Success Manager to join our Client Services team. The ideal candidate will not only ensure their clients’ needs are met, but also understand how our campaigns drive value to the client. You are directly responsible for managing all of your client relationships and providing strategic solutions for their business. You will own the process from start to finish while driving team successes and connections.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for multiple clients, can operate fairly autonomously.
- Be the expert of either campaign or account process, by following the BEN values and Asana SOPs, ensuring no detail is missed.
- Communicate campaign and account details confidently and clearly in any situation with any audience, including client contacts or internal senior leadership.
- Consistently achieve client goals and deadlines and go above and beyond for clients, wherever possible.
- Maintain day-to-day communications for both creators and clients including negotiations, identifying proactive solutions and scheduling & hosting regular status meetings.
- Identifies upsell and incremental opportunities to be pitched to the client in an effort to overachieve on revenue goals.
- Review, revise, and approve campaign SOW’s for assigned existing business accounts.
- Uphold a transparent workflow on both client and creator sides while keeping BU stakeholders and leadership up-to-date on account health and risk.
- Provide personalized creator or client expertise to the team in helping achieve goals and shared successes wherever possible.
- Practice grit and resilience, even in the face of the most difficult circumstances.
- Oversee a direct report, in co-managing clients and campaigns, developing skills, improving weaknesses while setting and achieving team goals as well as mentoring their personal goal setting and growth path.
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience in top-tier consulting, digital media, social media, influencer marketing, tech, or similar functions preferred, but if you have a great reason why you’d be perfect for this job, don’t let this preference stop you from applying!
- Passion for training, learning and product development
- Interest in learning more about artificial intelligence
- Experience in social media content creation, curation, workflow and publishing on YouTube, Instagram, Twitch preferred, but not required
- Expertise in managing client/stakeholder relationships for complex and evolving products
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
