Who YOU Are
BENlabs is seeking a Paid Media Coordinator. This candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be a key member of the paid team, working closely with the paid members to facilitate the daily tasks being executed by the team. The ideal candidate is highly organized and able to handle and keep multiple tasks going, plus they should have a basic understanding of the social and digital space and all major social platforms. We encourage a candidate with interest in digital ads and interest in learning more specifically about the paid media department. This is a highly collaborative team and the ideal candidate should be great at communicating with people from different teams and supporting the immediate paid team in their tasks.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day communication with all members of the Paid Media Team in order to efficiently execute on tasks in a timely manner.
- Responsible for certain important aspects of paid media campaign set up like influencer communication, whitelisting, invoicing.
- Deliver targeted, creative copy that align with each client’s marketing and business objectives keeping in mind their style guide requirements and guidelines.
- Manage multiple projects with short deadlines while maintaining organization & process using Asana, Excel and Slack.
- Deliver high quality media decks, one sheets, presentations, notes, emails, client correspondence and reports as needed.
- Actively research and keep up with paid media trends and highlights in order share knowledge, resources, with the paid media team & external teams.
- Take initiative and interest in learning Paid Media execution & campaign management.
- Stay up-to-date with Paid and Digital terminology like engagement rates, impressions, clicks, CTR Conversion Rate, conversions, revenue, conversion rates, CPC, and CPM.
- Digital maintenance of all creative assets that are used in Paid Media. (link maintenance, video descriptions, tags, etc)
- Experience & interest in reviewing Organic Content in order to determine what will work best on Paid Media and/or how it can be improved and modified in order to perform on Paid.
- Prepare and submit monthly expense reports for the Paid Media Team including supervisor expenses, platform invoices as they pertain to Paid Media.
- Passion for managing, developing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns and strategies
- 1+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, social, digital space.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PPT) and ability to adapt to/learn
- Extremely detailed oriented and organized, able to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.
- Superb written and oral communication skills.
- Personable and actively emerged in the digital and social world
- Must be able to accept changes readily, both in job responsibilities, as well as in the work environment, and can be flexible in adapting to re-prioritized tasks.
- Has demonstrated strong relational skills (clients, internal team, and partners)
- Has the ability to work independently
- Has demonstrated quality control of their own work
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn
- Stays up to date with current and emerging social trends
- Flexible and thrives in a fast-paced environment
